A Commercial Energy Audit shows where energy goes on your site and what to do about it, in order of value. Our team walks through the premises, records the major equipment, reviews your bills and interval data, and builds a load profile that shows when and why your site uses power. The result is a report that ranks efficiency upgrades, solar and battery options by estimated payback, so you can put capital where it works hardest.
The audit is priced from $1,490 per site as an indicative starting price, confirmed in writing once we understand the size and complexity of the site.
We are installers as well as assessors, so our cost estimates for solar, batteries and electrical work reflect current installation pricing rather than generic tables. Every recommendation is explained with the assumptions behind it, and we flag low-cost operational changes, such as after-hours shutdown routines, that need little or no capital. Our licensed electricians and SAA-accredited installers can deliver the solar and battery work if you choose, but the report is yours to use with any contractor.

Payback figures in the report are estimates based on your bills, interval data and current tariffs. Actual savings depend on how the site operates after the changes, future tariffs and equipment performance.
Where batteries rank well, eligible business batteries in NSW may attract state incentives from 1 September 2026. We note where these could apply, and we recommend checking current values on the official NSW pages before signing, because incentive values change.
What affects the price: floor area, the number of buildings and meters, travel outside Sydney, and whether temporary load logging is needed where interval data is not available.

The site must arrange safe access to plant rooms and switchboards; we only inspect roofs where a safe access method is in place.
