In many commercial buildings, air-conditioning and lighting run longer than needed: plant starts too early, lights stay on overnight and nobody notices a fault until the bill arrives. A building energy management system (BEMS) measures consumption by area or equipment, runs schedules for HVAC and lighting, raises alarms when something looks wrong and produces regular reports for owners, managers and tenants.
We survey the building, design a system that fits its size and existing controls, and install the metering and control hardware with our licensed electricians. Projects start from $9,900 per site. We look at the whole energy picture, including solar, batteries and demand charges, rather than controls in isolation. That means your BEMS can report solar generation alongside consumption and support later upgrades. We are a New Energy Tech Approved Seller with $20 million public liability cover. Electrical work is completed by our licensed electricians, and we coordinate with your HVAC service contractor wherever their equipment is involved.

Existing controls matter. Some air-conditioning systems accept external scheduling easily, while others need an interface or an upgrade to their own controller. We confirm this during the survey, and it is one of the main things that affects price, along with the number of meters, switchboards, cabling distances and after-hours work.
A BEMS provides data and control; savings come from acting on it, such as adjusting schedules, set points and maintenance. The reports can also support energy ratings and sustainability reporting. We don't build government incentives into the proposal unless eligibility is confirmed for your building. Leased buildings may need owner or tenant agreement before controls are changed.
